American-style blonde ale with moderate hoppiness. The Opener got its name because it was featured at our grand opening way back in 2014 and because we think it is a great entry-level beer for folks making their way into the wild and wacky world of craft beer.

NON-SPICY JALAPEÑO BLONDE | 5.5%
The pepper beer you have to taste to believe! Brewed with the Fooled You Pepper - bred to remove the capsaicin - this refreshing blonde ale offers all the aroma and flavor of a freshly cut jalapeno, without the heat! Add it back with some jalapenos or make it a Bloody Xalapa with Bloody Mary mix, jalapenos and pickles!

BUTTER PECAN COFFEE BLONDE | 5.5%
Bright and light, this coffee blonde ale showcases a butter pecan coffee from our local roaster at center stage. Packing the aromatic punch of a frenetic coffee shop, State of Bean is the perfect intersection of beer and coffee and will leave you in a balanced bliss.

If Only Gose to Show wasn’t delicious enough already, we took it a step further by laying it in a tequila barrel for 7 months. The result is a refreshingly tart, salty, complex lime sour with a smooth finish. It’s the taste of long summer days and enjoying the good times, and we’re excited to share it with you all once again.

Brewed in collaboration with the Pink Boots Society, an organization that celebrates women and non-binary individuals in the brewing industry, Pink Power is a celebration in a glass. Vibrant pink in color with a touch of sweetness from post-fermentation addition of prickly pear juice, raise a glass and toast to Pink Power!

Citra and Mosaic hops shine in this hazy beauty, with late additions and a heaping double dry hop creating a juicy tropical IPA built on drinkability with a soft mouthfeel from flaked oats and wheat.

CITRA IPA | 6.0%
Whoppy is a hoppy American IPA packed with Citra hops for a bright burst of passionfruit and grapefruit aromatics and flavors that finish clean and refreshing from the balance of a layered caramel malt and wheat grain bill.

SIMCOERILLO - CANS AVAILABLE!
MIDWEST IPA | ABV: 6.5%
SimcoeRillo is an American-style India Pale Ale brewed with Simcoe and Amarillo hops, hence the name SimcoeRillo. The combination of the two hops offers a beautiful, piney aroma with hints of tropical flavors that come through at the finish.

MORAL SUPPORT
SESSION IPA | 4.8%
Moral Support is always the smart choice at only 4.8%. Lower ABV doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice flavor, as Mosaic hops provide big hits of blueberry and tangerine, without a bitter aftertaste. Brewed for repeat drinkability, we even add enzymes to reduce its gluten content.

ALL-MICHIGAN IPA | 6.6%
This passion project for our amazing head brewer Trevor Klimek (then later, the birth of his awesome son Theo) is an ALL-MICHIGAN INGREDIENT beer in honor of one of his personal brewing heroes and an early champion of using local ingredients - Steve “Bert” Berthel. The grain bill celebrates all that is Michigan malt, with barley, rye, wheat and oats producing a sturdy body for a juicy hop combo of Vista and Saaz. We’re extremely proud of this beer celebrating Trevor, Theo, Bert and our amazing beer state!

GOTTA RIP THIS - CANS AVAILABLE!
TERPENE-INFUSED IPA | 6.3%
We’re flying high again this year about the release of Gotta Rip This, with some tweaks this year to keep things fresh. This year’s batch once again highlights the dank King Louis XIII, but we added OG Kush for some old school skunkiness for an absolute celebration for your senses! It has no THC, but you'll think you just walked into a dispensary with the insane aroma of this one.

CENTENNIAL FALCON - CANS AVAILABLE!
DOUBLE IPA | 8.5%
This double IPA is a bold departure from the usual, just like the fastest hunk of junk in the galaxy. Clocking in at 8.5% ABV, Centennial Falcon packs a serious punch, but fear not, young Padawan, a smooth malt body balances the hop bitterness, leaving you with a finish as intense and exhilarating as a hyperspace jump. May the hops be with you!

RYE SO RED - CANS AVAILABLE

Always a crowd favorite, this returning rotational boasts caramel notes and a unique spice kick from a heaping helping of flaked rye, which also plays a part in its amber color! From craft beer beginner to bonafide beer nerd, this one satisfies palates across the spectrum!
