NON-SPICY JALAPEÑO BLONDE | 5.5%
The pepper beer you have to taste to believe! Brewed with the Fooled You Pepper - bred to remove the capsaicin - this refreshing blonde ale offers all the aroma and flavor of a freshly cut jalapeno, without the heat! Add it back with some jalapenos or make it a Bloody Xalapa with Bloody Mary mix, jalapenos and pickles!

Bright and light, this coffee blonde ale showcases a butter pecan coffee from our local roaster at center stage. Packing the aromatic punch of a frenetic coffee shop, State of Bean is the perfect intersection of beer and coffee and will leave you in a balanced bliss.

The beer that fate brewed, this delicious, smooth drinking blonde is a tribute to Forrest Wells Baker, who made his dramatic entrance into the world right in our very own parking lot! Dad Aaron and mom Kyle enjoy their fruited blondes, so together we concocted a fun recipe to celebrate an amazing story. Brewed with the entire Baker family, this was truly a SPECIAL brew day! RIC’S TREE STUFF
MAPLE ALE | 6.7%
This uniquely autumn beer is named for Mug Club Member #37 (OG!) Ric Wiessner who, in partnership with his buddy James Loiselle, generously donated 225 gallons of maple sap way back in March! This sap replaced much of the water in the boil, then we added a gallon and a half of their maple syrup to impart even more wonderful sweet earthy notes for us all to enjoy as temps and leaves both begin to fall. This is a true treat to behold so make a point to give this one a try!

RIPPED RIGHT - CANS AVAILABLE!
HAZY IPA | 7.0%
Citra and Mosaic hops shine in this hazy beauty, with late additions and a heaping double dry hop creating a juicy tropical IPA built on drinkability with a soft mouthfeel from flaked oats and wheat.

WHOPPY - CANS AVAILABLE!
CITRA IPA | 6.0%
Whoppy is a hoppy American IPA packed with Citra hops for a bright burst of passionfruit and grapefruit aromatics and flavors that finish clean and refreshing from the balance of a layered caramel malt and wheat grain bill.

SIMCOERILLO - CANS AVAILABLE!
MIDWEST IPA | ABV: 6.5%
SimcoeRillo is an American-style India Pale Ale brewed with Simcoe and Amarillo hops, hence the name SimcoeRillo. The combination of the two hops offers a beautiful, piney aroma with hints of tropical flavors that come through at the finish.

MORAL SUPPORT - CANS AVAILABLE!
SESSION IPA | 4.8%
Moral Support is always the smart choice at only 4.8%. Lower ABV doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice flavor, as Mosaic hops provide big hits of blueberry and tangerine, without a bitter aftertaste. Brewed for repeat drinkability, we even add enzymes to reduce its gluten content.

A HOPPIT’S TALE - CANS AVAILABLE!
COLD IPA | 7%
This cold IPA, our first ever, weaves a tale of intense hop aroma and flavor. Brewed with Galaxy hops, it bursts with notes of passionfruit and citrus, finishing with a piney bitterness. This unique style uses lager yeast but ferments at ale temperatures, resulting in intense hop expression and the smooth finish characteristic of a lager. This beer is an unexpected journey for your taste buds, full of flavor and adventure.

SLIM GORILLA
DOUBLE IPA | 9%
Named after a slip of the tongue from a patron who had one too many Simcoerillos, it seemed the natural fit for our double Simcoerillo IPA, packing an extra punch at 9%. To counter that ramped-up grain bill, we hit it with an extra helping of Simcoe and Amarillo hops, making Slim Gorilla heavy on flavor, aroma and ABV.

BAD ADZ - CANS AVAILABLE!
BROWN ALE | 5.5%
Bad Adz is a smooth brown ale brewed with a malt-forward focus that produces a slightly toasty and sweet, nutty flavor with hints of raisin and caramel. Named in honor of talented woodworker Tim Overhuel's Bad Adz Custom Wood Design, the world of One Well would not be the same with Tim's time, energy, and materials to help make the taproom OUR taproom.

DON’T - CANS AVAILABLE!
PORTER | 4.8%
Don't! is a perfect warm-weather dark beer, lower in alcohol and body than your typical porter. At just 4.8%, it’s roasty and crushable all at once, and with a complex grain bill with seven different malts, there’s no sacrifice to flavor!
