The pepper beer you have to taste to believe! Brewed with the Fooled You Pepper - bred to remove the capsaicin - this refreshing blonde ale offers all the aroma and flavor of a freshly cut jalapeno, without the heat! Add it back with some jalapenos or make it a Bloody Xalapa with Bloody Mary mix, jalapenos and pickles!

Citra and Mosaic hops shine in this hazy beauty, with late additions and a heaping double dry hop creating a juicy tropical IPA built on drinkability with a soft mouthfeel from flaked oats and wheat.

Whoppy is a hoppy American IPA packed with Citra hops for a bright burst of passionfruit and grapefruit aromatics and flavors that finish clean and refreshing from the balance of a layered caramel malt and wheat grain bill.

SIMCOERILLO - CANS AVAILABLE!
MIDWEST IPA | ABV: 6.5%
SimcoeRillo is an American-style India Pale Ale brewed with Simcoe and Amarillo hops, hence the name SimcoeRillo. The combination of the two hops offers a beautiful, piney aroma with hints of tropical flavors that come through at the finish.

MORAL SUPPORT
SESSION IPA | 4.8%
Moral Support is always the smart choice at only 4.8%. Lower ABV doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice flavor, as Mosaic hops provide big hits of blueberry and tangerine, without a bitter aftertaste. Brewed for repeat drinkability, we even add enzymes to reduce its gluten content.

SLOPPY WHOPPY - CANS AVAILABLE!
DOUBLE IPA | 9.6%
We took crowd-favorite Whoppy and sent it into overdrive, boosting the ABV and hop bill into a resinous, rich treat for the senses. A double IPA loaded with Citra hops, this intense golden brew delivers an aromatic punch of passionfruit and grapefruit. If you like a Whoppy, you’ll love Sloppy Whoppy.

SUZY CREAM TREES - CANS AVAILABLE!
MAPLE WALNUT COFFEE BROWN | 6.8%
Suzy Cream Trees is a rotating favorite around here, showcasing Kalamazoo Coffee Company's Moonlight Maple Walnut coffee. Not surprisingly, a robust maple aroma and flavor take center stage, with a hint of nut for complexity. A subtle sweetness from a touch of lactose rounds out this full-bodied brown ale.

VICTORY OVER OATMEAL
OATMEAL STOUT | 7.2%
This complex oatmeal stout boasts a full mouthfeel from the oats and complex yet smooth masterpiece. Roasty, chocolate notes provide a hearty malt backbone built for cold beers on cold days, highlighting late night campfires and early morning tailgates. A seasonal favorite of ours, we’re always celebrating over another Victory.

Coffee. Donut. Porter. We use Bang! cold brew coffee from Water Street Coffee Roaster and plain Sweetwater Donuts to create something special uniquely Kalamazoo. What more could you want out of this breakfast-inspired porter?

BBA SCHEMING & PLOTTING
BOURBON BARREL AGED IMPERIAL STOUT | 12.4%
Well balanced, the malt characters jump out of this beer with notes of chocolate, caramel, and a smooth mouthfeel consisting of some residual sweetness from brown sugar that is used in the boil. Aging in Bourbon barrels adds the flavor and warmth of Bourbon whiskey and the extra toastiness of charred oak.
