Brewed with the Fooled You Pepper - bred to remove the capsaicin - this refreshing blonde ale offers all the aroma and flavor of a freshly cut jalapeno, without the heat! Add it back with some jalapenos or make it a Bloody Xalapa with Bloody Mary mix, jalapenos and pickles!

Bad Adz is a smooth brown ale brewed with a malt-forward focus that produces a slightly toasty and sweet, nutty flavor with hints of raisin and caramel. Named in honor of talented woodworker Tim Overhuel's Bad Adz Custom Wood Design, the world of One Well would not be the same with Tim's time, energy, and materials to help make the taproom OUR taproom.

MIDWEST IPA | ABV: 6.5%
SimcoeRillo is an American-style India Pale Ale brewed with Simcoe and Amarillo hops, hence the name SimcoeRillo. The combination of the two hops offers a beautiful, piney aroma with hints of tropical flavors that come through at the finish.

MORAL SUPPORT - CANS AVAILABLE!
SESSION IPA | 4.8%
Moral Support is always the smart choice at only 4.8%. Lower ABV doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice flavor, as Mosaic hops provide big hits of blueberry and tangerine, without a bitter aftertaste. Brewed for repeat drinkability, we even add enzymes to reduce its gluten content.

A HOPPIT’S TALE - CANS AVAILABLE!
COLD IPA | 7%
This cold IPA, our first ever, weaves a tale of intense hop aroma and flavor. Brewed with Galaxy hops, it bursts with notes of passionfruit and citrus, finishing with a piney bitterness. This unique style uses lager yeast but ferments at ale temperatures, resulting in intense hop expression and the smooth finish characteristic of a lager. This beer is an unexpected journey for your taste buds, full of flavor and adventure.

VICTORY OVER OATMEAL
OATMEAL STOUT | 7.2%
This complex oatmeal stout boasts a full mouthfeel from the oats and complex yet smooth masterpiece. Roasty, chocolate notes provide a hearty malt backbone built for cold beers on cold days, highlighting late night campfires and early morning tailgates. A seasonal favorite of ours, we’re always celebrating over another Victory.

Coffee. Donut. Porter. We use Bang! cold brew coffee from Water Street Coffee Roaster and plain Sweetwater Donuts to create something special uniquely Kalamazoo. What more could you want out of this breakfast-inspired porter?

Just like our little neighborhood brewery after a decade of high fives, some things just get better with time, so we boiled this DECADEnt imperial stout for 24 hours, allowing for a smooth, full-bodied beaut with rich notes worthy of the occasion! Grab yourself a pour and let’s stroll down memory lane together!

BBA CHEERS TO 10 YEARS! - CANS AVAILABLE!
BOURBON BARREL AGED IMPERIAL STOUT | 12%
Good things take time, and that couldn't be more true than our BBA Cheers to 10 Years. First, we boiled this DECADEnt imperial stout for 24 hours, allowing for a smooth, full-bodied beaut with rich notes, then we laid it down into a Journeyman Distillery bourbon barrel for a year, and boy is it GOOOOOOD!

A true collaboration of some of our favorite partners over the years, this beer is an amazing combination of Water Street Coffee and Sweetwater's Donut Mill, which is then sent to slumber in Journeyman Distillery barrels! You won't want to miss this complex 11.2% boozy beauty!
