The pepper beer you have to taste to believe! Brewed with the Fooled You Pepper - bred to remove the capsaicin - this refreshing blonde ale offers all the aroma and flavor of a freshly cut jalapeno, without the heat! Add it back with some jalapenos or make it a Bloody Xalapa with Bloody Mary mix, jalapenos and pickles!

BUTTER PECAN COFFEE BLONDE | 5.5%
Bright and light, this coffee blonde ale showcases a butter pecan coffee from our local roaster at center stage. Packing the aromatic punch of a frenetic coffee shop, State of Bean is the perfect intersection of beer and coffee and will leave you in a balanced bliss.

Like Michigan itself, Straight Forward is a year-round hit - with a smooth semi-sweetness that’s perfectly refreshing from fall harvest to winter lounging to spring vibrance to summer fun! Contains sulfites.

IRISH RED | 6%
Originally the creation of then-intern Tobin, this to-style Irish Red hits all the right notes, with a robust malty backbone and dry finish. Tobin passed his final exam with flying colors, so much so that he joined the Brew Crew full-time a couple months ago! This will be a favorite as long as it's on tap, so get yourself a pour. Pairs well with corned beef!

Tart cherries play off semi-sweet apples for this smooth, refreshing cider that welcomes spring to the Midwest. As temps increase and that mysterious orb in the sky makes its way into our lives again, Cheery Cherry is the perfect pairing with Vitamin D to brighten your days!

Citra and Mosaic hops shine in this hazy beauty, with late additions and a heaping double dry hop creating a juicy tropical IPA built on drinkability with a soft mouthfeel from flaked oats and wheat.

Whoppy is a hoppy American IPA packed with Citra hops for a bright burst of passionfruit and grapefruit aromatics and flavors that finish clean and refreshing from the balance of a layered caramel malt and wheat grain bill.

MIDWEST IPA | ABV: 6.5%
SimcoeRillo is an American-style India Pale Ale brewed with Simcoe and Amarillo hops, hence the name SimcoeRillo. The combination of the two hops offers a beautiful, piney aroma with hints of tropical flavors that come through at the finish.

MORAL SUPPORT
SESSION IPA | 4.8%
Moral Support is always the smart choice at only 4.8%. Lower ABV doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice flavor, as Mosaic hops provide big hits of blueberry and tangerine, without a bitter aftertaste. Brewed for repeat drinkability, we even add enzymes to reduce its gluten content.

MICHIGAN MULTI-GRAIN EXTRA PALE
Fans of Welcome TK are in for a surprise this year! Re-imagined to better celebrate our amazing head brewer Trevor Klimek (then later, the birth of his awesome son Theo), this beer has transformed into a hoppy offering, which better aligns with the beers Trevor fills his pint with after a day on the brew deck! He takes his inspiration for this ALL-MICHIGAN INGREDIENT beer from one of his personal brewing heroes and an early champion of using local ingredients - Steve “Bert” Berthel. The grain bill celebrates all that is Michigan malt, with barley, rye, wheat and oats producing a sturdy body for a juicy hop combo of Vista and Saaz. We’re extremely proud of this beer celebrating Trevor, Theo, Bert and our amazing beer state!

FORTUNE FAVORS
BOLD AMBER | 7.4%
We amped up the grain bill for this bold amber fit for cold weather and afternoon sunsets. With a complex layering of specialty malt and a heavy handed helping of Michigan-grown Centennial hops for balance, Fortune Favors the bold!

SUZY CREAM TREES - CANS AVAILABLE!
MAPLE WALNUT COFFEE BROWN | 6.8%
Suzy Cream Trees is a rotating favorite around here, showcasing Kalamazoo Coffee Company's Moonlight Maple Walnut coffee. Not surprisingly, a robust maple aroma and flavor take center stage, with a hint of nut for complexity. A subtle sweetness from a touch of lactose rounds out this full-bodied brown ale.

BBA SCHEMING & PLOTTING
BOURBON BARREL AGED IMPERIAL STOUT | 12.4%
This is a big beer made for big ideas. Rich malt character coats the palate with notes of chocolate and caramel, and the brown sugar added to the boil adds complexity to this special beer. Additional flavors emerge as the beer warms, so no need to rush conversation between snifter sips.
